How long does it take to launch a store?
From a single product photo, most sellers are live in under 10 minutes. Packman auto-generates your storefront, content, and first collection.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Every store starts on a free
yourstore.packman.shop domain. You can connect a custom domain at any time in your dashboard.Is my store bilingual by default?
Yes. Packman stores are Arabic and English out of the box, with proper RTL layout and translation of your content.
Pricing & billing
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever. You only pay for shipping labels and optional add-ons.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Changes apply to your next billing cycle, with no penalties.
Do you charge transaction fees?
Packman itself does not charge transaction fees on Growth and Scale plans. Payment processors (Stripe, Checkout.com, Tap, etc.) charge their standard rates.
Fulfillment & shipping
Where are your warehouses?
We operate fulfillment centers in the UAE, KSA, and Oman. You can choose to stock in one or all of them.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 160+ countries. International rates are quoted live at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
How fast is regional delivery?
Same-day in Dubai and Riyadh, next-day across the GCC, and 3–5 day standard delivery internationally.
Payments
What payment methods are supported?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, COD, and local methods like Mada and Tamara. More are added regularly.
How fast are payouts?
Daily payouts to your bank account on Growth and Scale. Starter payouts are weekly.
